Pos Malaysia Berhad (PMB) claims that it will only takes you up to 3 minutes to process and get your money order. It appeared that those who renewed or bought their road tax from April 1 until May 31 this year were the ones eligible to start claiming the rebate beginning July 14 until March 31 next year.
Owners of private pickup trucks and jeeps with engine capacity of 2,500cc and below will also receive the rebate. Owners of motorcycles of 250cc and below are eligible for a RM150 rebate.
and for more good news, On June 4, the Government announced a RM200 reduction in road tax for private vehicles above 2000cc and RM50 for private motorcycles above 250cc.
Road tax will be reduced gradually and they're studying the possibility of abolishing road tax.
